So if the front shaft is locked in then we can assume the Tcase is working....

With the front end off the ground, actuator engaged does one wheel rotate the other?

I'll try to check that today but I don't have a jack. How far is the actautor supposed to extend? I think it might not be extending out enough. It looks weird when it opens... Like it should go further. I don't know if that rubber is supposed to completely straighten out or not. Because it doesn't. Talking about the rubber on the actuator when I have it out of the axle and power it up.

IDK on how far, never looked at one uninstalled, but if you can get it off the ground you can spin a wheel and if the other one spins in the other direction its good....
