Trailer turn signal problem

03 with factory tow hookup. Left turn signal works on truck but nothing getting to the pin on the 7 way connector for the trailer. Where does this interface with the truck wiring? Since it is taking two signals from the truck (brake and turn signal) and putting them together for the trailer, there has to be some gizmo to keep the single trailer bulb from shorting them together. Is this in the back like an add-on trailer hookup? I haven't found a wiring diagram yet. Anybody know if one is available on line? Thanks.

Found it. Downloaded complete shop manual (140 MB) from link I found. Tracked the wiring back from trailer hookup to fuse panel on lower left side of dash. Had no idea the system was that intricate but the wire comes all the way from there. And of course the fuse was bad. Fixed. $14.80 was well worth the price. I think I may be able to burn the entire manual to a dvd that I can use in the on-board entertainment system! Worth a try, huh? Here's the download link:
