has anyone ever adjusted them? i need a little more hight do u tight then screw to go higher? and do u have to have the weight of the truck off the wheels to adjust them?

Screw in the bolts to raise the truck. It might be easier to lift the front of the truck and get the weight off the bars and avoid possibly twisting/shearing the bolt head.

do u think it wil bring the truck up a i ince? and dont screw the bolt all the way right?

Depends on how much you have left to thread in. You can screw the bolts all the way in if needed. Don't forget to get the alignment checked afterwards or you'll run into possibly chewing up the outside edges of your tires.
