tire rotation ?

Just wondering what everyone else is doing with rotation. I have the stock 20's and have been rotating them approx. every 5,000 miles. Also, when you rotate the tires do you ALWAYS have them balanced at the same time ???

Stock 20s, rotate every 7,500 mi. I only balance every other rotation.
