I just put 23" Giovanni Anzio wheels on my 04 Tahoe... The tire pressure monitors dont fit due to the location of the valve. Is there anything i can do either to turn off the light or any kind of monitor that will fit?

I've been researching wheels and, in cases where the monitor sensors won't mount to the valve stem hole, I have been given to understand they can be held by large straps run circumferentially around the wheel.

Not sure if different sensors are used--you may want to talk with a local shop that sells tires and wheels--I'm sure they could hook you up.

I can't see that balance would be thrown off any worse than by having the sensors mounted to the valve stem holes. I'm sure whatever bands/clamps are used wouldn't weigh much, and mass would mostly be distributed around the wheel.

Did you attempt to put one on since they are angled i ended putting mine upside down to make them fit on my American racing rims when i had them

I have actually heard of people making a pvc tube with a valve on the end and putting their sensors in them and pressurizing them and placing them close enough to the sensors in the car. Not sure if it will work but thought you might want to know.

only thing is that you can drive with out them but you wont pass NJ inspection cause they put a scanner on the interface to check :)

too bad someone cant come along and find away to disable the sensor indicator to begin with :)
