tips for brakes

could anyone give me some tips on adjusting the rear brake drums, never did drums before dont quite know how to operate the slack adjusters. thanks

Adjusting them in is easy.. - just take a str8 screw-driver and push on the gear - but, adjusting them out a lil harder - you can see the little peice of metal holding the gear to where it can only move one-way - just move that out of your way, make your adjustment, and let the peice of metal go back in its place

hmmm mine are self adjusting just go in reverse and stop and go 3 thimes last one being the hardest stop and they will be adjusted
