Timing Chain Replasement

Aftermarket chains, are finding two sizes.
Which one do I need?

What year? I used a stock replacement last month ago. The double roller chains will hit the plastic timing cover. My stock type chain was good for 155k miles, it should outlast the rest of the truck !!!
