ok i have the PIAA bulbs, BUT THEY SUCK, BUT any fog bulb i have had in there has sucked.

driving home i ran in to BAD, BAD, BAD, fog (it was 35 this afternoon and sleeting, now its 58 and raining), i mean my lows were glairing, i turned them off and went with just fogs but the fogs were like nothing was there. SUCKES. so im on interstate 264 just crawling along at 30, because my stupid fogs are like me standing out and holding a candel.

i guess i have to do an HID KIT , but whats the best bad weather color 3000k, or should i do 5 or 6 for better output in rain.

or if i can do somthing better for bad weather lights, please, all options welcome. hid kit is my last resort as i want that 149 for another kit for another car.

People who frequently drive in inclement weather and use fog/driving lights usually recommend something in the more yellow range. [So, 3000K would really be better than the 5000K's I've got in, as far as that goes. I just wanted my fogs to basically match my headlights, so I went with 5000K, which works great, but I haven't tried to drive in snow or sleet with the HID fogs on yet.]

Try some HIR's... they are about 55-65w 3600k. I don't have fog lights but I do have them on the low and high beam.... though they are about 24 dollars a bulb, cheap alternative to HID

the 65watts would be like sticking my housings in a oven set to self clean, or worse, that would completly melt them, what im thinking about doing is just getting an aftermarket pair and mounting them on the bumper right above the recovery hooks.

What is the wattage that you run with the foglight bulbs that you currently have? Are you guys able to run 900X bulbs in the fog lights? From what I've seen GM makes POS foglight housings.
