WHaa..., gas is 9$ over here, but I found a way to cut back on fuel costs and keep my Tahoe. I found another job, so instead of driving 60 mls to work every day it's now a 10 minutes ride on my bycicle. The Tahoe stays but becomes a weekenddriver. I'm never gonna sell it.

Just do what I did I thought about saleing mine for the same reason. So I put it out craigslist for free and ask a very high prices, that way if someone did buy it I would have enough to buy another and have some extra cash for mods. Lucky no one would give me what i wanted so its still mine. Wich keep in mine I wanted to keep it anyway. Its a way to sike your self out.. works for me

Funny when we picked up our 03 Tahoe in Feb from my uncle my wife complained about the mileage (15.6) I've been able to tweak it up to 16.7 but she's still a hog. Since then 3 people we know have been in BAD accidents and my wife no longer thinks of the poor mileage but the added sense of security in the Tahoe.

Thank god for high gas prices! Just picked up a 2001 tahoe 70,000 miles for $11,000 out the door with warranty. God i love this SUV. Lowered with 20's and im white!

$9 bucks. about $4.09 in my area for regular. And thats the cheapest in town.

Filled 3/4 of a tank for $66.00. Nice to be only 5 miles from work.

I work at a car dealership and go to the auctions frequently, I bought my Yukon before I had gone to an auction. I saw a 99 Escalade go for $5200 two weeks ago and gas has gone up 20 cents a gallon since then. Eventually our government will step in and make things right. We are getting pounded in the ASS right now because they are not doing anything. However Kias are selling like crazy! So business is good. Have you seen the things they are building in Dubai? Guess where that money came from? I am also going to buy a bike or drive my girlfriends Suzuki more often. I hate that damn car but we'll do what we gotta do.
