Yea, im thinking a 572 chevrolet and the 720 hp one that takes raceing fuel, not the wimpy 620 hp one, 6 speed manual, supercharge it, turbocharge it, then take it to the drag strip.

Put a roll cage in it and a full racing harness cockpit. No exhaust system, just 8 straight pipes from each cylinder. Fat Hoosier slicks. Take the whole drive train out and remove the floor panels in the rear end and convert it to rear engine. No transmission; direct drive. Mount the engine horizontally and attach the rear axles directly to the crank on either side. The rotation of the crank with directly control the rotation of the wheels.

EDIT: I just realized that that would not work because just turning the engine on would make the vehicle take off at ridiculous speeds.

I'd do it up like mine just dropped 4" with an LQ4 6.0 and a magnacharger with full fuel system. Build a narrowed ford 9" out back and have the stock wheels chopped, widened, redrilled and slap some wide ass et streets on that bitch. Build some traction bars and put some big ass brakes on it along with a built turbo 400.
