Temperature Gauge on 1995 Tahoe

Hey guys... The temp. gauge on my 1995 Tahoe is all the way to the right. It never moves. The truck doesn't seem to be running hot. Is there an easy fix to this, or will the cluster have to be replaced? Will an aftermarket temp gauge work?
