tahoe wont crank

Tahoe won't crank without jumping off. Stays running only for a few minutes when cables are removed. Starter is good and has a new battery. Bought a new alternater and it ran great for a day.

You need to check your cables to/from battery/ frame/ engine block/ etc.....
