Tahoe Hybrid

We visited Indy Flower and Patio show yesterday. GM had a "green" booth there with a hybrid Malibu and Tahoe. I guess several local dealers now have cars available for demos of the technology.

Just curious as to whether any forum folks are ready to make the switch over to an '08 Tahoe hybrid.

For now, I think I'll stay with our '05 Z71. Even with the $3.459/gallon that was around a couple days ago. One local area dropped the next day to $3.299.

I stopped at the dealership to test drive the Malibu and I saw one on the floor and for $50,000 I would rather have a nice LTZ or Z71 for that price, as how long would it you take to get return on investment considering deprecation and all I,m not convinced the Hybrid is the answer, not at 50K
