Sunroof Leaking!

I noticed after a heavy rain that water was pooling up in the trough under the front portion of the sunroof. The dealership told me that this is normal.

I have a hard time believing that this is normal. I asked them to replace the rubber seal on the top of the sunroof and they wouldn't do it under warranty again, claiming that it was designed this way. Designed to leak? Anyone else have this issue.

The sunroof seal needs replacing. It is definitely not normal.

It cannot be normal Was it all the time like that? You just need to fix it really! I do not think you want to have a paddle in your car :help:
