steps not going down

i have an 08 denali with the automatic steps and for some reasons both my steps dont go down anymore...
Anyone know how i can fix this problem???????

Take it to the dealer, that’s what the Warranty is for.

not to state the obvious, but you did check your button on the dash? If that's not it, pop the fuse box cover, and track down the 30 amp fuse for the pwr boards. If that's good, then off to the dealer you go.
