Steering Wheel Buttons not all working

Ok,... need a little help. I have a 2004 Tahoe LT.
Since I bought it the bottom four steering wheel buttons haven't work. All the top ones for the radio work great. And just starting two weeks ago my cruise control works only when it want to.
Anyone have any idea what the cause could be and maybe a resolution

And Ive been searching around and havent found any info. But its the controls for the Diver information center thats not working

I've already had to replace 3 of them. The top left, bottom left for malfunction and the top right for not lighting up, but mine went out on me. Not sure on yours since you say they came like that when you got the truck..

My guess is for you to remove them and do continuity tests on them with a ohm meter.. That's a good way to see if they are bad or not..

Thanks,... I check them as soon as I get off work.
I think i seen somewhere else that they just pop or pry out.. right??
