Love my Tahoe so much. It is a shame however I am hitting 191K now and things are starting to need to be replaced in tandem. So here's the symptoms and my thoughts:
1) when turning the wheel to the left at any speed, I get a squealing from the Front Drivers wheel.
I just replaced the brakes and rotors about a year and a half ago, using quality parts, so I ruled those out.
It only happens when turning to the right, so I assume its not anything that spins constantly, I.E. Cv joint, or anything spinning on the Axle, or the tie rod because its not spinning.......
So, I am assuming its the Wheel bearing and hub assembly, though i thought it would be rumbling not squealing. Anyone have some thoughts? btw, first thing i did when i heard this was to do a chassis lube. I'm thinking I'll need to get it diagnosed soon, before I shell out $100 on a new assembly.
