Just Resolved A Squeaky Belt Than Was Driving Me Crazy. It Turns Out The Power Steering Pulley Was Installed From The Factory Too Far On The Shaft Making The Pulley Out Of Alignment With Rest Of The Pulleys. I Took A Puller And Pulled The Power Steering Pulley Out Flush With The Shaft. Two Weeks Now And No Squeak.

To help avoid future issues with squeaky belts, I've replaced mine with a Goodyear Gatorback.....no squeaks from under the hood since. Even if something isn't aligned perfectly, it won't cause a Gatorback belt to squeak. The only thing that might cause a squeak going forward would be a worn pulley that starts to make noise.
