04 Tahoe - Speedo problems

I'm stationed in Germany with the military and I had my Tahoe shipped over here. We have just gone over 70k , but at 64k the speedo started acting up. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this from over here? I've read the other thread about recalls, is there anything I can do about the recall being in Germany? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt

I would imagine that since you have surpassed 70k, that they will turn you away. There is a guy on ebay that will fix the stepper motors for you. Perform search function on these forums or on ebay. You can also purchase just the motors yourself if your comfortable soldering and doing fine tuning of the needles. I hope this helps.
