Starting at the lower back corner using the medium screw driver and your fingers, pop and pull the panel trim away from the frame as you work your way across the bottom & up the sides. There are a couple push pins holding the inner sound fabric (white) which can be removed so the fabric remains glue to the frame.
ASs you will see the cable and electrical wires can remain attached if you lift the panel up and away from the door frame and then support irt with the box while you tie it with the rope through the opened window frame.
You have successfully gained access to the speaker assembly.
Undo the 1 screw, pop the top forward away from the frame, lift up and undo the electrical connector by pressing in on the small tab while you release it.
The 5 " speakers shown are a near perfect fit for the stock housing.
Bigger isn't alway better!
