how the hell does that "correct the noncompliance"?

thats stupid.

theres somthing wrong with the seatbelt, lets put a giant hole in the dash, that should fix it.

thats like : theres somthing wrong with the engine. lets put a sunroof in that should fix it.

Was this only for GMC's (Yukon's)? The Vehicle/Equipment Make says GMC, but does not list Chevrolet. Aren't they basically the same? Or did they just lump them together?

And I'm with jj99yukon and Rollin Thunder. How does installing that panel correct the seatbelt non-compliance. And why couldn't they match the color?

my 99 was a gmc so i guess, but im not sure.
