seat slides

I have a 2000 tahoe with full power seats. The drivers side seat slides freely back and forth about 1". Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

Replace the seat track assy

Thanks rocken. Was hoping it would be matter of replacing a simple component but I guess not. I guess the rail assembly for power seats would be the same no matter if the seat back is also power and the seats are heated?

De Nada.. yea it woud be same and its not fun to change either
