Sealed Beam?? Composite?? or both?/

how do I know if I have a sealed beam or composite headlight setup? Ive already replaced the bulbs with silverstar ultra, but want to replace the actual glass...Mine is foggy and old. help me out here

You have composite. About the only thing that you can do is to buy some clear headlights. But I have heard that some of the aftermarket ones that you can buy stick out alittle.

I got this stuff from permatex i think, that you can 'restore' the faded headlight look. I tried it, and it did work a little. I think If I went over it a second time and really put some elbow into it, I would have been happier. I think the little kit was 15-20$ but I cant remember.. any auto parts store should have it.
maybe you could try Novus also. another plastic polish. its a 3 step. I have a botle of #2 and it worked great on my pinball machine, and also 4 wheelers plastic.

are replacements housings for your grill type expensive?

yeah i think ill just grab some new lenses online and call it a day. thanks for the help guys, and thanks for the post on the ****ty dexacool . im going green this weekand and changing water pump and intake gaskets.

Some of the aftermarket headlights that you can buy tend to stick out a little but.
