rough idle, cleaned tb and maf

Recently bought a 04 yukon xl denali 6.0. Had a code and replaced cat codese been out for weeks. But still a rough idle. More like a shinmy and littke shake. But therest seems fine. Except i jist realizes while parked at baseball practice, car was warm.my heat wasnt hot but when i drove it warmed up. Probably a unrelated problem but incase ill throw it out there.. i bought ew plugs and wires so ill try replacement of them. I took off throttle body and sprayed a whole can of tbc spray all over it and scrubbbes a little bit but atayed away from moving parts to avoid throwinh anything off. .if u look inside the intake in back if where the tb came off it looked pretty dirty inside there also. Should i clean in there?? Also i sprayed the maf realy wel also and allowed to dry and replaced air filter. And ideas ??

You didn't get much help, did you ever get this fixed?

Not really.. i changes alot. Plugs wires. Maf i git cheap like 60$ ac delco. Coil packs, and new throttke body and tpm sensor off amazon ac delco for 127 $$ sold allmold.parts on ebay so it wasnt too much of a loss.. put a flowmaster on it also.. and honesty it seemed to smooth out.. not right away like one part did it but maybe the combo and good oil reguary chnaged etc just helped it.. it's been strong and smooth enough for a 6.0. Maybe the exhaust drowns out the roughness with nose now..lol. seriously though besides abs sensor comin on im at 190k and would take this truck to long Island for my sons baseball tournament befire my 2010 escalade.. with less than 98k.. why r u having similar probkems
