Roof Rack/CrossBars?

I've got an 03 Tahoe LT that I'd like to put a couple of Kayaks on. I currently have the bars that run along the length of the top but no bars running across, from one side to the other. Any recommendations for a semi/cheap crossbar that I can put two Yaks on?

I found the entire setup in a salvage yard. It's just 6 screws and it all comes off.
