replacing seat belt in 01 tahoe

my puppy ate my seat belts, and I'm looking for instructions or advice on replacing them. thanks for any help

I heard somewhere that seat belts on all cars have a lifetime warranty. I'd try calling a dealer and seeing if that is true and if they would replace it for free.
