Replacing one of the seat motors on a 2005

One of the driver side seat motors on my 2005 is not working. It is the one that elevates and lowers the seat. It is the most rear motor. Has anyone been successful in repacing it and is there a part number handy?? Thanks form a newbee...

I have the same problem, seat won't go up or down. I think mine mite be the switch. It has juice to forward and back. But no juice to the up down wires. I,m searching too. I,ve been trying to find a switch #.
