Replacing driver side rear blinker???

So my blinker is out on the rear driver side of my gracious 99 2d Hoe, I took the spare tire rack out, remove what plates do come off. I don't see any possible of accessing the light, I feel like its completely incased in ****ing metal?? Am I just a retard or is there someone on here with a diagram or can walk me through this???:cuss::cuss::cuss:

is thats the case, theres 2 screws in the jamb of eather your tail gate or barn doors. after those are out, jsut swing it out and then the back side of the taillight is there.. and etc etc..

There are little rubber caps over top of the screws.. in the jambs - and please - dont drop the screws into the unknown..

It's very simple, just dont lose the screws. I lost one and IDK where the hell they go. I looked down and around, like chevy being some difficult to work on, there is un-necessary metal in the way
