I wanted to be extra careful and not break anything when doing these and I got stuck on both.

I would like to remove the complete grill (black plastic mesh and chrome trim). I removed the 4 top bolts and wasn't sure what else had to be removed.

I also tried to take off a taillight. Took the 2 screws out on the inside of the light and again, wasn't sure what else was holding the light in.

Any help on either would be greatly appreciated.

As far as the taillights go, once you remove the screws just pull outward on the housing. It has to pins that go into the vehicle and that hold it in that have to be pulled out. Be careful and pull them straight out though, I pulled my stock light out and chipped the corner because I pulled a little bit sideways. As far as the grill removal goes I don't know, but I am sure someone will chime in here.

It would be super easy, if you had the time to remove the entire front bumper It seems as if the grille is attached to the bumper assembly prior to mounting the bumper at the factory.

After popping the hood, I believe there are 4 bolts that connect the upper grille to the vehicle.
Once those are removed, you will find 2 retaining clips, one on each side of the upper grill, that attach the upper to the bumper....these will test your patience, and the most difficult part of the dissassembly (if removing the grille with the bumper installed).
Next, remove the 2 nuts that hold the Chevy bowtie..I believe they are 10mm, and not truly nuts and they seem to be compression fit...10mm nut driver will remove them.
Next you can begin with the removal from the bumper, which requires you to unsnap the upper and lower grilles from the bumper...squeeze the tabs and push outward (grilles will push forward, away from the vehicle,,removing the upper grille first.
