Removing door panel with manul window crancks

I have searched and found out how to remove the door panel, but I have not found how to remove the manual window crank handle.

There's a clip behind the handle that holds it in place. You can buy a window crank removal tool at your local auto parts, or you can try to remove it with a pick or small flathead screwdriver. You have to be careful not to lose it because it will pop out and fly across the room if you're not careful.
