removing back panel

Any advise on how to remove the back panel? I old like to remove the bowtie.

I can't help you with that but remove it and do what?
You do know you will have to buy either an Escalade or Yukon similar part to replace it with the that has the bowtie because when you do take that emblem off their will be holes!

I have a Yukon chrome to replace it.

I don't think the Yukon has an aftermarket or OEM Chrome peice that installs in pace of it, only stick ons?

Correct. I have the yukon stick on chrome that I want to replace it with.

Oh ok, just make sure you do it in a way that those holes won't have any negative effects later. Like water damage!
