remote fob key not working

I have a 2004 Yukon. The battery was unplugged for an hour while maintenance was done. Everything seems to work but the vehicle will not respond to the fobs now. I can start it, door locks work, horn works. I try to do the reprogram on both fobs and neither one works. Everything in your video works (locks cycle and horn beeps but I hold both buttons down for several minutes and nothing happens. Is there a reset I need to do or a fuse or something that could be blown?

I bought a 2000 Tahoe a couple of months ago, the dealership only had one key & FOB. That didn't work. I've tried programming it several times via instructions I found on the net with no luck. Could it be the receiver?
