Remote doesn't unlock

Both remotes on my 2004 will not unlock the doors. They will lock them. I've replaced the batteries. Any Ideas ?

Possible issue with the BCM, remote lost some programming?

if the doors unlock from the door switch you probobly have 2 faulty transmitters.

Fixed it . the unlock relay was bad.

^^^How did you come to this conclusion?

There are 2 identical relays.one for lock,the other to unlock according to the owners manual. I Switched them.
