Noticed last night coming home from AL that the light for the 2WD (Lo 4WD, Hi 4 WD, All WD) was red and not the normal yellow? I was trying to read the owners manual at 80 mph on I-20 and did not see anything regarding this color change. Tranny has been fine, except for one instance about 10K miles ago on 'on ramp' to interestate at about 40 mph it seemed to slip out of gear for a moment, then settled into gear, and no problems since. The red light was back to normal yellow this morning. '04 LT, 127K miles. Had the tranny serviced at 100K.

the light to put the transfer case in neutral is red but the 2wd light shouldnt be red. I have no clue I have never seen any of the other lights turn red I have seen the other lights flash yellow but never go red. My only guess is it could be a transfer case issue.
