Rear wiper

I got a 96 2 door 4x4 tahoe.
Im having problems with my rear wiper.
It has never worked.
I have replaced the switch on the dash because mine was no good.
I can get washer fluid out of the rear wiper but the wiper motor doesnt do anything. How do i access the motor on the rear window. i see where the motor is but idk how to get access to the panel w/o tearing the trip up to get access to it. would i need to check voltage there or what are my options.

IDK how to get at it, but you will want to check voltages at the motor.....

Does anyone have a diagram of the motor wires to tell me which one to check the voltage. Also what should it be at

If it is the same as my 95, White is Battery feed, Grey is Low Speed/ Mist, Lt Blue is High, Dark Green is Water pump, Black is ground, these are the wires at the motor.... Ground is at right B pillar, Wht power is fed off 25a fuse RRWPR in fuseblock hot in ACC or RUN.
