Rear wiper, help needed

So I took my rear wiper arm off to spray it...and when I went to put it back on the blade is like 2" off the glass. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It seems to me that everything is hooked up correctly, however there is clearly something I'm missing. Thanks in advance for the help!

Pull up on the arm, push the metal tab in at the bottom?
