Rear License Plate Relocation

I am looking for ideas for relocating my rear plate. I have a 97 2 door, barn doors with a roll pan and welded on trailer hitch receiver. In order to use the roll pan I had to cut out the recess for the plate and it would be a lot of work to shallow up the part I cut out and weld it back in. A search turned up a post that was 6 years old and the pictures had been deleted.
