Rear End hits hard

The last couple of days i have noticed that when my truck hits a big bump, and the rear comes on to it, and comes back down the erar sounds like it is bottoms out, and hits hard. Hard enough it is scaring me when i drive and hit some big bumps. I thought it might be my suspension. But i am not sure. Please can anyone help.

check your suspension bushings and shocks.

make sure you don't have any broken leafs on the rear end of it as wel las shocks and bushings.
