Rear doors and hatch won't unlock

I have a 03 tahoe the front doors will lock and unlock, the rear doors and liftgate will lock but won't unlock. At first,the rear doors and liftgate would work once in a while but now they won't work at all. Need some advise on this repair. Thank you.
