rear disc brakes

I have an 04 Tahoe and the 2 bolts that hold the rear caliper to the rotor
will not extract. They loosen up but that is it. Please help.

Right behind the bolt between the rubber seal ,there is a round spacer with two flat spots(look closley) to use a small wrench,you have to hold it with the wrench while losening the bolt.
