Wife just brought her Tahoe back (01') from the dealer. They want 400 for rear brakes and parking brakes. They recommend the parking brake. My question is, how often is it necessary for the parking brakes to be replaced. The Tahoe has just over 100K miles on it. And any recommendations on replacement brakes/rotors (manufacturers).
