Radio doesn't turn off?

:wtf:It doesn't happen all the time, but when I shut the vehicle off while the door is open the radio will sometimes stay on. I have an 04 LT Tahoe with 112,xxx miles. Not sure what causes this, but am looking for any kinda insight or if anyone else has experienced this. Most importantly, is there any major issues that may be causing this to happen.

Also, my thermostat controls don't want to turn off sometimes. WTF
