Realistically, I would charge him bout 300-375. I mean you mentioned he is a friend. Are you a mechanic?

Alrite, technically not a friend, but someone i met online.. And i guess im a mechanic.. i do all that sh*t.. and real mechanics charger about 80 to 100 bucks an hour.. So im thinking itll take me about 10 hours to do this as long as he has everything and direct bolt on crap.. so somewhere on the lines of a grand and 800 i think would be good.

if he is a friend, case of beer, or somthing like that, thats all I would charge, your buds. But if he is just someone looking for an engine swap. 500 bucks.

Yes ive done motor swaps... heres one..
Itll take me about 3 days but ill finish it, the only reason it would be 3 days, is because im a student and i have highschool and technical programs during the day.. so id be putting in about 4 hrs aday, and im positive ill have her out in 3 days, one day with everything labeled and pulled out and then a day to put her in and bolt the tranny and exhaust then a day to do all the hoses and connections.. so ill be fine...
