pulled over for having toooo bright headlights

i got pulled over yesterday by an officer because my headlights were too bright
so im making a right turn and i am driving behind him
he stops in the road until i pass
pulls me over and is like
"say bro, is that some aftermarket ****? you need to do something about that **** man, cuz i cant see a god damn thing , your blinding ppl and **** , turn off the fogs atleast, **** is too bright man"

brand name is just HID, purchased and got it installed by stereo efx in houston, tx.
but ya that officer was cursing up a storm and my two kids were in the back seat.
granted they are only a year old and one is a new born, but serious he was :mad2:
my wife asked what i was going to do about the HIDs
i said turn them off until he hits the corner :thumbsup:

of coarse if there is no fog why have fog lights on other than an attention getter?

When I was going to Vegas and had to stop at the check point before the dam.....the officer told me to turn down my brights as well......I was like "They are off"...then flashed my brights to show him. He was amazed on how bright they were. I put the 5300K HIDS in mine....haha.

The fogs give you much better fore ground light, i use mine all the time. I have it set in my jeep to have them come on automaticly when the headlights turn on automaticly.

Speaking from experience, I can tell you that the fogs with HIDs in them are freaking insanely bright... I usually turn them off if I see a cop around, because of this very thing -- don't need any further aggravation on my end.
