power windows and moonroof

I have a relatively new battery and my windows and moonroof seem to close really slow. What could be the cause for this?

Grease the motors, I did my sunroof and it improved quite a bit.

Is there an easy way to reach the sunroof motor? Can you just slide a grease gun under the glass when its retracted? Thanks!

You can remove the little plastic access panels on the side which reveals the small torx screws that hold the assembly in place. Remove the screws and pull the glass, gaining access to the motors. I cleaned mine off real well and applied a light coating of grease, pretty self explanatory once you get the plastic panels off but I'm sure someone has a diagram of it online.
