Power window buttons

Okay, I hop in the 'Ho this morning (it's a 2K) and this is what I find. Notice how the two front power window buttons and the window lock button have dropped down? Is there any way to just pop off the control buttons panel or do I need to remove the whole door panel to get to the buttons from the backside? Whatever I end up doing, does anyone have any tips or hints to keep from screwing something up?

The trim that holds the switches just pops off. Grab it at the bottom where it meets the door and pull straight up.

I was hoping that was the case so I wouldn't have to remove the whole door panel but I didn't dare go yankin' on things without knowing for certain.
