Picture Help Please

Newbie here. I have a 97 Yukon, blew the motor am installing GM crate, my son and buddy pulled the old one but are not able to finish. I have it about ready to drop in. If some one would be willing to shoot sone close ups of the top of thier motor so I can see were stuff goes it would help a bunch. The Dipwads didn't labble anthing or take pics like I asked them to! WE KNOW WERE STUFF GOES! Right KNOW ITS ALOT TO ASK FROM A NEWBIE BUT i'M STUCK Thanks Murph.:ack:

Thanks but I need some closeups,some that show hookups better, Real close cause my eye's are old. Can,t see like I used to:D

Hey Murph, what's your '20? Heck one of the members here might live in your neigborhood, sure would be nice to park one side by side with ya for show and tell so to speak.

its actually not hard whats so ever. i put a new motor in mine and it maybe took a half an hour to hook everything up.. but ive also had motor experience before so maybe thats why..

Harry I need closeups of the top end, Intake area. I need to knoe where some thing mount and loom placement. Anything will help!! Maybe withou the intake tube in the way!!
Sasquatch, I know what your saying, been swapping 350s 327 etc. for many years but all the wires and crap on the newer stuff sucks! Built some nice K5 and Burb motors over the years. Just don't do much to them anymore. Loseing the feelings in my hands. Hurts to much!!!!

Too bad you aren't on the East side of the state. I would have been happy to bring my Tahoe over for you to use as a "polish blueprint". But I can try to take some pictures today after work and post them up if nobody else does.

Yeah, wheat fields are about all that's around here, lol.

Glad that Harry was able to help with some pics. I looked high and low for my camera yesterday but couldn't find it. I found out this morning that my daughter has it over at her place.:cuss: At least now I know where it is.

Fired off the Yukon about 7pm last nite, cranked about 10 sec. and fired rite off. Got a few thing left to do but all easy things. Thanks alot for the help:thumbsup:
