Nah man, you won't be able to tell at all as long as you get it installed professionally. It just makes the back hella dark, so if oyu want the equivalent of 5%, make sure that you talk to your installer beforehand so he knows not to install actual 5% OVER the P-glass, lol. People do that all the time, but it's really, really dark. Driving at night would be interesting, to say the least...

Nice lookin 'hoe! I wish my yuke was black, but it was a target of opportunity when I bought it lol...the price was right and it's loaded so I'm not complaining...pewter metallic is much, MUCH easier to keep clean too. ;)

Dude, I envy you for having a pewter colored Yuke...

These black beasts are a bitch to keep clean lol....

I purchased a wax job on mine and got free car washes for a full month!!!

And guess what?
I go there everyday!!! lol
And it still gets dirty hahahahah

But it's a beauty when it's clean....not that it stays clean for long....

On the tint side though....yeah, the guy who I've been going to for these kinds of things is a professional man, he does quality jobs and does them fast too!!!

He'll know what percent to put on there to make it match with the front...

Yeah man I had a black 02 Grand Prix GTP coupe....that thing was my garage queen. Fast as f**k even up here at altitude and she looked HOT when she was clean, but even though I only took her out on the weekends, bitch STILL got dirty every time! That was enough of a pain...I can't imagine trying to deal with a black 'hoe or Yuke as a daily driver! Looks good though...good on you for taking advantage of the car wash and keeping it clean.

I know this might seem a bit random and off-topic, but how are you doing on the gas issue? What's your mpg? And how many miles to the tank would you say you get?

Well I have the 5.3 so my MPG is probably a hair worse than yours, but to be completely honest I haven't been calculating it...I'm too scared lol.

Although I will say that I just did the seafoam thing about 2 weeks ago, and that seemed to really help. If I had to estimate, I'd say I'm getting an average of about 15 right now with a pretty light foot. If I start dipping into the go pedal, my truck turns into a binge drinker and I can almost watch the needle fall, lol. As for miles to the tank, I drive in short bursts so it's a little tough to track.

Yeah, well I get about the same, since I like to step on it lol

I was tracking my costs, and I get about 275-300 miles to the tank....

Well, maybe a little more if I run the empty light for a while, but I usually fill up when the Low Fuel message comes on....

Yeah, well I'm glad I found a home for my 'hoe

I'm with ya! I know I get horrible gas mileage (compared to my lil bro's Aveo, at least), so I don't want to know the exact numbers. I have to have it, so I try not to think about it too much.

I get 14mpg. Can usually make a tank last a week and a half. Its all about the slow acceleration.

I just clocked mine this morning I am at 246 on the tank and its about 21 gallons to fill. That puts me at 11.71. OUCH!! I need to seafoam and try some other things. I want to change out all of the fluids and see if that helps.
