Well here it is guys, I had my rear windows tinted 5% tint over the factory tint lol.....so it is PITCH BLACK, and YES, I DO have trouble seeing at night, I am being really careful when I switch lanes and when I park and when I reverse....

BUT IT IS WORTH IT!!!!

Check it out and let me know what you think!!

The before pic is last and sorry it is the only one I had that showed the tint before somewhat!!!

P.S. I am tinting my front ones 5% too as soon as I replace my driver's side glass!!! (It has deep scratches!!!)

damn thats pretty dark, but i would just leave the fronts the way they are. ur gonna have to let the window down on cold and rainy nights to be able to see behind or beside u if u go any darker. also how well do the rear windows roll down now that u have two layers of tint? oh yeah, im seroius on the rims issue. holla back atme.

Yeah, I never thought of that, getting the back-up cam...

Thanks....how much do you think it's run me to have that installed?
Would I need a new head unit for the camera?

I haven't tried rolling down the windows yet, they told me to wait 48 hours, but I'm guessing the factory tint was on the inside of the glass, therefore making it as if it had no layer in the first place, am I right?

Just hope the cops don't pull me over before I can roll down the windows lol!!!!

dude i really hope the piggies dont see that. it looks great but i would be scared of the tickets, but i live in a small town. thats why i just left my back windows stock and matched the fronts to it. i love the look though man!

I was going to go limo all the way around but my brother got a ticket in his Eclipse for 27%. I hate this state.

Yeah, CO is the same way...27% minimum light transmission. Bleh. Thats the one thing I miss about Ohio...fronts had to be 35%, but the back sides and rear could be whatever you want. I was thinking about going 30%-35% all the way around, that way the fronts are a little lighter than the back...but I really don't want to pay the state if they decided to get nosey and bust out the tint checker thingy.

My FIL just did that on his 'burban though, it looks sick. At the very least I'm going to get the front tint matched with the privacy glass.
