PCM Pin Out Needed

I have a 2000 (late model) Tahoe, 5.3L 4x4. I am looking for a pin out on the PCM that will change condition at low speed... 25-30 mph and up, to power a relay.

This is to stop my electric fans at that speed and above.

Anyone?

Most of the 5.3l PCM's had a programmable output to control electric fans..... IIRC. Even at that, if you have a thermostatic control, it should drop out the fans when the coolant temp drops into thermostatic range....
